We Roast Monday, Wednesday and Friday generally. Your order will ship out 1-3 days after your purchase. If you have a special request, let us know in the comments and we'll certainly try to make it happen if possible.

We generally roast our coffee to a medium roast. With that beaning-said...sorry...being said, we roast each coffee to the level that we feel brings out the best profile of each coffee.
