The Honzania blend is perfect for specialty coffee drinkers. It's a blend of two fantastically flavorful coffees from El Paraiso, Honduras and Iyenga, Tanzania.
The first half of this blend is from the farm "Mata de Platano" which translates directly to plantain tree, a frequent featured dish in the region of El Paraiso, Honduras. This coffee adds light and bright flavors or caramel, apple and almond.
The second portion of this delightful blend is from the region of Iyenga and yields flavors of brown sugar, chocolate, fig and blackberry. The Iyenga Cooperative, near the town of Mbozi in the region of Mbeya provides income to 64 farmers with 193 members.
For a perfect delicate acidity, a touch of chocolate and delicious dark fruit, the Honzania is a perfect choice for all specialty coffee drinkers.
