We source our beans from a company we trust, Genuine Origin. Our green bean standards are high. We only roast green beans with a PSS cupping score of 84 or higher.

 

A PSS cupping score is a pre-shipment sample cupping score. The final step is determining the overall quality and tasting notes of the coffee.

 

A score of 84 means that the coffee we provide you is among the top 1% of coffee produced during the entire years harvest.

That starts with getting your grind size right, so give us a call with any coffee questions you have (grind size, temperature, ratio, brew time, agitation).
